Hi, I’m Noushin. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you can begin to heal and grow. I work with individuals 16+ who may be facing compulsive behaviours, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, or relationship struggles.
In our sessions, I use approaches such as:
